CBC Metro Brokers History
Metro Brokers, founded in 1979, originally only specialized in residential real estate, partnering with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Kevin Levent, Metro Brokers' President, CEO, and Qualifying Broker, saw a need for his current and future agents who wanted to work in the commercial business. Metro Brokers chose to partner with Coldwell Banker Commercial, filling this need and creating CBC Metro Brokers. In 2015, we were awarded Elite Status by Coldwell Banker Commercial for being one of the top 15 CBC franchises in the network.
